ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Camey.
For over three years, I’ve been guiding others through yoga with an approach rooted in breath, clarity, and mindful structure. I believe that reconnecting with your breath is the first step to feeling more at home in your body.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or finding your way back to practice, I offer a space where you can explore at your own pace, with support that meets you where you are.
My teaching is shaped by both my personal practice and my experience in the corporate world. That blend allows me to understand the tension and disconnection that modern life often creates—and how yoga can help bridge that gap.
I teach weekly group classes, offer private sessions, and specialize in breath-led movement and fascia release to help you move with ease and intention.
這幾年來,我一直在引導學生透過瑜伽重新建立與身體的連結。我的教學風格以呼吸為核心,搭配有結構的練習,讓每一次動作都從覺察開始。
不論你是初次接觸瑜伽,或是希望重新建立與身體的關係,我都會陪伴你,用溫柔且實際的方式,慢慢找回屬於自己的節奏與穩定感。
我的背景結合了個人練習的經驗與多年企業工作的歷程,讓我特別理解在快節奏生活中,身心失衡與壓力所帶來的影響,而瑜伽正是一種讓我們重新連回內在的方法。
我目前提供團體課程、一對一教學,並專注於以呼吸為導向的練習與筋膜放鬆,引導你覺察身體、溫柔移動,從而感受到更多的穩定與自在。
對我而言,瑜伽不是表現,而是回到當下、與自己真實相處的練習。
Here are a few facts about me:
Background: My first language is Chinese, I was born and raised in Taiwan. I moved to Perth, Australia, five years ago and have been enjoying this beautiful place ever since.
Professional Life: I have a 9-5 day job. I started teaching yoga 2022, and been practicing since 2021
Astrology: If you're into astrology, I'm an Aries Sun, Leo Rising, and Capricorn Moon.
Passion: Dance, mindset, foodie, sports, traveling, baking, connection with others, loving my cat Milo.
